Jeanine’s Bio:

“I grew up in a small suburb 30 minutes west of Cleveland and have lived in various cities across the U.S. and abroad.  I finally found “home” in Ohio City two years ago and love to share my passion for this vibrant community with others!

What I love about living in Ohio City is its charming residential feel.  In my opinion, the beauty of the Ohio City Historic District is in its diversity of people, treasured architecture, and the abundance of beautiful trees!  I often take walks with my partner and admire the variety of gorgeous homes (both old and new),  while frequently (and annoyingly to him *laughs*) noticing something different on each walk. The beauty of the tree-lined streets in the spring, summer, and fall is also hard to articulate in words.  I would also be remiss not to mention the heightened sense of community and sophistication among Ohio City residents.  I believe all of this is what sets the area apart from other places.

With that said, if I want to go out downtown at night, a Lyft/Uber ride is between 5-10 minutes; while during the day, I’m able to walk or bike to amazing restaurants, Edgewater beach, and even to the football and baseball stadium.   I encourage everyone searching for a new home in the Cleveland area to consider renting or living in Ohio City.”
